All our products are cultivated on our own family farms.
The production is highly controled & certified. In our organically farmed fields, we cultivate 5.000 olive trees of the "Hondrolia of Chalkidiki" variety olives, it means "fat olive" in Greek, because of the large size of the olive fruit. This variety is unique in the world, very rich in trace elements and famous for the size and taste. That is why Chalkidiki (or Halkidiki) is one of the most important regions in Europe in the production of "edible olives" or "table olives".
